Why does some preorder only accepting SGD5, SGD20 or SGD50?

For some preorders, we do not yet have the confirmed pricing available, and only an estimated price is given. For these preorders, we will only be accepting a small deposit in order to confirm your preorder. The remaining deposit can be paid on launch or as soon as we have confirmed the pricing.

How to request for a refund?

Kindly send us an email via shop@qisahn.com regarding your refund request. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

When does a preorder be ready for collection / delivery?

We will send out e-mail or SMS to all our preorder customers as soon as the preorder is ready for collection or delivery. Kindly wait for our notification before arriving at our store, as stock may arrive at a later time.
